Refund & Returns Policy – Premium Greenhouses 

At PremiumG LTD, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition in which you received it – unused, with all original tags and labels still attached.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation email, or invoice) is required.

Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions and return address details. In some cases, a prepaid shipping label may be issued.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We kindly ask you to carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage, defect, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Non-Returnable & Excluded Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 14–21 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
