At PremiumG LTD, we aim to deliver your greenhouse safely and on time. Please read the following shipping terms carefully.

 

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
• You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

 

Delivery Options in the UK

Premium Greenhouses Delivery & Installation

• If you have purchased our installation service, delivery will be handled directly by Premium Greenhouses.
• Our team will coordinate with you to arrange a convenient delivery and installation date.
• Standard delivery time: 10–20 business days, depending on product size and location.

Pallet Delivery (No Installation)

• If installation is not included, we ship using trusted UK pallet delivery partners such as Palletways, Palletline, Fortec, TPN, or similar networks specialising in palletised freight.
• All products are shipped on EUR-size pallets (1200 × 800 mm).
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery location can accept palletised goods, including:

  • Suitable access for a pallet truck or delivery vehicle
  • Sufficient space for unloading
  • A person available to accept and sign for the delivery
    • Standard pallet delivery times are typically 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
    • Tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched.

 

Delivery Costs

• Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Orders above a certain value may qualify for free standard UK pallet delivery (subject to promotional offers at the time of purchase).
• Installation services include delivery in the quoted installation fee.

 

International Shipping

• Currently, our standard delivery service covers the United Kingdom.
• For international enquiries, please contact us at info@premiumgreenhouses.co.uk before placing your order to discuss options.

 

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
• If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe stated in your shipping confirmation, please contact us with your name and order number at info@premiumgreenhouses.co.uk or by phone at +44 1582 342886.

 

Damages and Issues

• Please inspect your order upon delivery.
• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with your order number and photographs of the issue.
• We will review and provide a resolution on a case-by-case basis.


Returns & Refunds

• Our Refund & Returns Policy applies to all orders.
• You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable (unless the product was damaged or incorrect).
